Help need a garage.

I am deployed in Afghanistan and my wife wants to take my 93 YJ to get fixed while I'm gone. It has a leak in the brake lines and one of the rear seatbelts needs to be replaced. Should she take it to a dealership or find some random garage. It is in the hampton roads area. Any garage suggestions are welcome. I know of some of road shops but those jobs seem like vanilla repairs and an off road shop seems overboard or unnecessary for that.
