I guess being immediately behind the shooting area is a no go. The "smoking" area (where I had to vape) is about 75 yards away.

billybedford I like my igo-w. very simple, and I don't an adjustable airflow cause I know what I like. I drill one side out and build single coils only. any time I tried dual coils the flavor seemed too muted. I feel I would have to go too far sub-ohm to get the flavor I want, and some juices I use have a sweet spot around 1.6 to 2.2 ohms for me. let us know how your setup tastes once you get it though.

that bagga wu tang mech looks pretty cool. can't go wrong w all copper. I only have experience w my origin mech. all stainless w a copper center post, so I don't know what I'm missing.

Lead particles ?

kjeeper10 My pre-owned V2 is misfiring. I went a ordered a Vamo 5.
Also the IGO-w which I haven't used yet. Hard trying to get 1.2-1.3 ohms w/ the setup I'm trying to do (dual coil)
So.... The same person I bought the V2 from is selling a "Bagga Wu-tang" mech mod. From the reviews it's amazing. Not really into the brass look. $40.. I think I'll give it a go

billybedford we know what you meant.

just check out a review of the fatty on YouTube first. I got a clone for around 30 bucks.

Islandcreation How do you edit your previous post on here ^^^^ ? I just realized I screwed up....
05-08-2014 07:55 PM
Islandcreation I just might have to try the fatty v3 a try
05-08-2014 04:04 PM
billybedford love my trident v2. got a fatty v3 and it tastes as good or better than my trident. five air holes under the deck. finicky to build but holds a good deal of liquid for a dripper
05-08-2014 03:22 PM
Islandcreation I smoked cigs for about 20 years. Quit 2 years ago and have been vaping for over a year now. I have already moved on to advanced setups and rebuildables. I currently vape on a stingray mod with a trident v2 dripper and absolutely love it. Huge clouds and great taste! I also have not had bronchitis since I quit and I feel great!! Happy vapin'!!

billybedford been vaping this nautil all day, no leakage. only thing I noticed is if you chain vape it too hard you'll get a dry hit but that is the same for most ant tank
05-06-2014 08:59 PM
billybedford I'll vape the hell out of it tomorrow and post back by tomorrow evening. and the center post is spring loaded!
05-06-2014 08:53 PM
PHILDABEAST Nice! Thanks for the update. As long as you don't have any leakage I think I'll order one to try out.

billybedford got the aspire nautilus. it is beautiful. well built. adjustable airflow. it clicks in place at each airflow setting, so I can switch it in the dark. loaded up with boba's bounty, and as far as I can tell tastes as good as in one of my drippers and better than my iclear 30s.
comes w a 1.6 ohm and 1.8 ohm atomizer(using 1.8).
I will say this is the best non-rebuildable I've found.
23.99 w free shipping on eBay.
will let you know how it holds to the test of time(and this 100%vg boba's bounty)

billybedford will do phildabeast

scipio337 Not to mention, there are tons of ecig shops that sell their own juice. More competition may mean lower prices than when you were using.

I ordered my favorite eliquid online last Friday. Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, but I knew I would be out by Monday. I was afraid I'd fall off the wagon and buy cigs. No worries, I just went to my local shop, picked up 10ml of eqliquid for around $5, and I haven't touched the stuff plenty to spare.

Not counting battery cost, I've estimated with the eliquid and coils, I'm spending about $20 a month, comparted to $75 a month or so for 1/2 a pack a day. The cheaper cost is a big plus.

PHILDABEAST Hey billy,
Can you give us a little review on the nautilus after you get it, I've been eyeing them lately and would appreciate your input.

Just fyi. A good vendor that I've found is Eciggity.com. Not a huge inventory but they usually have authentics and clones at good prices and fast (free over $50) shipping.

billybedford I think it's way better now. the rate at which new equipment is being manufactured, and created is really stepping up. plus there are videos all over YouTube to show you how to rebuild your own stuff/ devices designed for rebuilding, and tutorials on how to rebuild non rebuildable equipment. the ecig industry is raising enough revenue that the government is getting involved in it.
and there are so many juice options now, it's a lot of fun just finding new flavors even after you've found something you like enough to keep u off of cigarettes.
do some research on YouTube and get back into it. if you want a tank that you buy replacement atomizers for research the best one and try it. I've posted my recommendations earlier in this thread for rebuildables and non-rebuildables.
the hardest thing for me was finding a juice I liked, and decent hardware.

if you get back into it let us know what you're thinking of buying, and check out e-cigarette-forum.com for advice from the pros. good luck.

colt44 Man, I'm glad I found this off-topic thread. I started using E-Cigs about 2 years ago and went with V2. At first it was great and then the honeymoon ended. I soon found out flavor cartridges only last about 1 to 1 1/2 days and were expensive. Then the batteries started dying at the rate of one per month. V2 sent me replacement batteries for free for a while and I started buying extras to keep around as replacements took a couple weeks to get. I also started recharging my own cartridges with e-cig. fluid, and even made my own w/glycerin and cherry food flavoring. Then I discovered blank-cartridges only lasted for a couple refills before they started tasting bad. Finally, all my batteries died and I ran out of cartridges so I went back to reg. cigarettes. Is there something better out there now? I see the tanks, and like them. Are you folks happy with the newer technology out there? I want to try again, but the last time it was not worth the effort as I spent as much on e-cig. stuff as reg. cigs cost me. Plus, I was always smoking regs. when I didn't receive my order or batteries died. Is it better now?

billybedford as to your current tank leaking, I would type in iclear30b leak fix on YouTube and if its a common issue someone probably posted a fix. Or break it down and reassemble if you haven't already. sometimes that does it.
05-02-2014 11:28 AM
billybedford I buy batteries from them sometimes so I know they are legit, as sometimes ebay and amazon can sell u fakes. also when I'm in a hurry for something. but their prices are high. for instance I bought an itaste mvp 2 off of eBay for 40 bucks, and they wanted 65 for the same thing.
as to your iclear tank, the only ones I have experience are the 16b and 30s. I like them both.
I just ordered an aspire nautilus, and from what I e read you may want to consider one of them, but I clears tanks are decent also.
05-02-2014 05:56 AM
scipio337 wat3r, I've bought a battery @ myvaporstore (eco-c upgrade passthrough) about a month ago. Was shipped fairly quick and working fine so far.
05-01-2014 06:40 PM
wat3rdog I just discovered myvaporstore.com. Is this a reputable site to deal with? Billy I see that you mentioned them.

On another note I upgraded to a Cool Fire II with a 3ml glass tank that has the 510 threads. I have been having some issue with the tank leaking when it's not vertical. Any suggestions for fixing that? Maybe get some better O-rings? I really like the swivel tip. I posted some pics a few post back.
Here's a link to the specs from my vapor store .com

PHILDABEAST My mvp 2 has served me well. Set at 11 watts with a 1.2ohm coil I can still get almost 2 full days on a charge.
04-29-2014 06:02 AM
scipio337 Thanks, bb, will look into those!
04-29-2014 12:01 AM
billybedford scipio, I just got an itaste mvp 2. you can get them for around 40 bucks, variable wattage, or voltage. about the size and shape of a pack of cigarettes but a bit talker.
very well recommended for the price range on ecf. comes with a charging cord, works as a pass through while charging, and can power your cell phone!

they usually come with a tank(iclear16, or 30).
as to your desire for a new tank. if looking for rebuildables, I recommend a kayfun clone for a tank, and a fatty v3, or trident v2 for a dripper.
If you want a non rebuildable tank, the aspire nautilus seems to be ranked as one of the best. I think it's the next tank I'm going to buy.
the iclear 30s tank I have, consistently produces excellent flavor, but the draw is almost too tight.
04-28-2014 11:51 PM
billybedford phildabeast, I just got an airflow adapter for my protank 2, and it really makes a nice difference. also makes it so it can't leak into your mod's 510 port, but out the side, but have had no leaking yet. i think it was like 5 bucks from myvaporstore(.com).
04-28-2014 08:38 PM
PHILDABEAST I built micro coils for my protank II and my wife's mini protank II and they work 100x times better, still not as good as my kayfun though.
04-28-2014 04:19 PM
scipio337 I'm thinking about ditching my Kanger BCC, too. The coils are really hit or miss. I'll get two weeks out of one, two DAYS out of another, all from the same pack, and using a dry burn to clean when it gets a little weak. I guess that's what you get with Chicom quality.

In the hunt for a new device (pluses if it's 510 threaded), but want to avoid things that look like a giant bong, or an 8 inch lightsiaber (no offense to those who like those kind). I also don't want to spend $100.

I've still been hitting the Nicoticket juices. They've won tons of user awards on the ECF forums, have reasonable prices and A++ customer service, but I might try a bottle of Boba's Bounty to change it up.

Thanks for the bourbon tip, billybedford, may have to try that one, too.
