Mine is a 2013, and the RR fits "like a glove". I too got it off Amazon.

Yes! Keeps my lab from scratching up the armrest; he likes to put his front paws on it and stick his head out the top (kind of King of the World poise ).

ToothDoc I put a towel over mine when I park in the sun. I usually leave a towel on it all the time, the vinyl chafes my elbow.

Some way to cool center console elbow rest

I have done some searching online but haven't found any good solutions yet. Hoping the great community here can assist. I have a 2011 JK 2 door and obviously when I park in the sun with the top off the center console get understandably VERY hot. Short of having a top (mesh or regular) on or leaving a white cover over it, is there any suggestions on how to prevent this? As crazy as it sounds, I didn't know if there was a spray or something (not repainting) that I could put on there to reflect the sunlight?

Thanks,

Justin
