brighton Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Adventure Offroad Park will be open when I'm there. Looks like they'll have a great 4th of July event and if I was in Chattanooga then, I would definitely check it out.

I may be stopping at Windrock Park instead which won't be too far off the path from where I'll be coming from in Kentucky (Cumberland Falls area) down to Chattanooga. If I had more time, I'd be tempted to go to Harlan County also. Maybe another time.

Bizz Stay off of Aetna as you could get a ticket. Go to Adventure Offroad (check out their fb page) but make sure that they are open that weekend.

Thanks, that looks awesome, and close by. It looks like it's only open on the weekends so hopefully I can make it work around my schedule.

Trails near Chattanooga?

I'll be in the Chattanooga area next month and I'm looking for places to go off-road. I've seen references to Aetna, is it open? I can't find much about it online, can anyone provide info?

Any other places with light to moderate trails? I'll be by myself so nothing too extreme, I'd just like to find some trails with terrain for this flatlander from Florida that mostly sees swamps with lots of mud and water.

I'll be coming from the southeast Kentucky area so I could also stop if there are other places in eastern Tennessee on the way to Chattanooga. Thanks for any help.
