I really need some help

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, only 98,000 miles, no mechanical problems, interior and exterior is beautiful. My problem is the frame has rusted out and my mechanic says it cannot be fixed. I do not want to lose this Jeep. I know my fellow Jeep owners are passionate about their vehicles. I need advice: does anyone know if this can be fixed?, who would I call? If I had to sell it, should I sell it in 1 piece or break it down for parts? I live in central NJ. What do I do?????
