lynn Check out the flatfender forums at

http://www.earlycj5.net/forums/forum.php

There's a bunch of guys there who have, or are in the process of restoring flatfenders. You can get all your questions answered there.

BTW usmcdad... I work where we build some other vehicles you may be familiar with...
M88A2 Hercules
M109A6
Bradley
M9ACE
among others...
Thanks for your service!

Make sure you get your dad to learn how to upload pics, I sure would like to see how it gets restored. Before, during and after/finished would be great. Good luck and stay safe in Afghanistan bud!

usmcdad Ok let me try again. In my time in the Corps we did not use "jeeps", we had/have Hummers though I did not personally use one. My vehicle was an M1A1 Abrams in the 2nd tank btl 2146 mechanized so may I please have a little assistance? If I violated a forum rule or something then just please tell me.

Good place to start

Well I just posted in the welcome forum. As I had written I'm not new to restorations but I am very new at 47 Willys restores. Is there a section where I can print a manual?
