jorden I'm going to look into the March 8th class. Was going to try and push for this weekend class, but I'll get through my first tank of gas first.

Very worthwhile in my opinion. 1/2 the day is in the classroom and the rest of the day is behind the wheel. It covers everything a beginner needs and you'll learn what your Jeep is capable of doing. I'd never had my Jeep in 4L before the class and two weeks later I was on a run with a large group.

When are you all going wheeling again? I would like to tag along. I'm new the the Jeep world, just picked up a 2014 Rubicon and need to learn how to use it.

Smokinjoe There is nothing wrong with clubs they do a lot behind scene keeping trails open and maintain them. Its cool to part of that effort go to cal4wheel.com for club listings. There are also lot of just meet and run going on all the time on here. You can have fun either way.

whiteyjfm There are a few clubs in SoCal. It all depends on where in SoCal you are.

dawhitesJKU i'm not sure that the jeep clubs in socal have group stickers like those import tuners. we just mostly do meet and greet, install meets (i need to do one of these), or meet up at the trails and go from pt A-B the jeep way.

JPi4.0 Not sure about any clubs but there are a bunch of us here to help you abuse your jeep.
