The only thing I do not like about the top is rolling forward the front half of the safari.

Quick steps
Front half safari roll forward

Back half safari
you take out of the seem & then get into the back seat. Push the connected part toward the gate, it should slide right off.

Fastback
Unzip
Has 2 metal pieces behind the rear doors. You take fabric out of position and removed these by taking out the thumb screw above.

The middle part is connected over two screw heads you simply lift off of those and everything is now ready to come off.

Cheers

Yup, its that easy! I havent had any problems with my floor covers floating but i also modified my spiderwebshade so that it would fit under the ORH top

l2abbit you roll forward and there should be two small button snaps on the top front outside windshield. The straps that snap to this should inside your jeep under the sun visor.
At least thats how mine are lol...

So does it actually roll up from the middle section to the front? If so how does it stay in place?
There are two straps with snaps that wrap around it. I saw another post where the guy is undoing the Velcro and fully removing the panel. Tim indicated that is not the way he designed it to work but hey if it works it works. I rolled mine up for a 90 min ride back from Chicago last night. No issues with the top, but my rear qtec mat was floating like a magic carpet. And then when I drove to hockey later with the back seats folded down the carpet on the left side slipped out a bit and was flopping around.

ORH Fastback On/Off Method

There are bits of this scattered across multiple threads but I thought it would be helpful to have it in one place. What is your step by step technique you find most efficient for taking off this top and putting it back on? I'm not talking about the install but the day to day on off process. I am still a rookie so I will need a few weeks before I perfect my own.
