Yes, I installed the system. Total time was about 3 hours. I purchased the Alpine head unit for $75.00, the Alpine Power pack for $100, the Alpine mono amp for $120, the sub for $85, the front adapters for $18, the front speakers for $40 and sound bar speakers for $60, and sub wiring kit for $40. Just a little over $500 and easy to install. Sounds great!

NoBoat0429 I replaced the stock sound bar with the 6 speaker 1 from VDP, added a lanzar 800 watt 8" sub w amp under the seat and got great sound for about 300 bucks shipped. Installation was relativly easy. The only regret I have is that I didn't get the 10" for 10 bucks more. I'm gonna replace the fronts when Im bored but it's not a necessity after the bar and sub were done.

blake32 I have Polk Audio 5.25" in front mounted on NAlin adapters and Polk Audio 6.5" in the sound bar. I push these with an Alpine Power Pack which produces a true 45watts x 4. I run a 10" Kicker sub in the rear powered by an Alpine 500 Watt mono amp. The setup has a great sound with nice lows and if my son starts playing rap/hip-hop, the subwoofer thumps a little too. This entire setup cost me about $500.00

patrickstarfox i agree.

the factory 4x6's SuCk!. i replaced mine with polk audio 5.25's. got adapter plates on ebay for like $12 shipped. well worth it. you still cant really "hear" them, because they are pointed to the floor instead of at your face, but there isnt much you can do about that. and they do make a difference. they fill in the sound and make it balanced. if i fade out my fronts, the soundbar alone sounds like its missing something.

Nissantech Sweet thanks for the info man!

UnlimitedRubicon 4x6" I believe. If you want to use 5.25" speakers, you'll need some adapter plates like the ones member NalinMfg makes.

Hey just curious what size the front factory speakers were, and if I would need adapters to put aftermarket ones in?
