jeremyx28 If I remember correctly, I used 2 1/4".....just go to auto zone or whatever and grab a couple of them then ask if you can take them outside to see what size you need. I put mine over my roll bar padding.

07XMan2Door I Mount the bar on the front and keep the other parts inside the jeep so they don't get rusty or dirty. Assembly takes 2 minutes.

What size of muffler clamps? I'm looking to do the exact same thing to my jack.

jeremyx28 I mounted mine on the rear of the roll cage using muffler clamps and some couplers and wing nuts from home depot.
