Gear Changing

I have a question about changing the gears in my rear axle.. First of all.. I have another thread in this section about having axle problems. A guy offered to sell me a Dana 35 for $75 and all i would have to do is put my gears in it because it has different gears than my jeep. My question is.. how hard is it to change the gears in a rear axle? Thanks.
