Damn That looks good! Love the way those inserts add to the look.
If i could go back in time and choose a different jeep, it would be a gecko no question! Nice rig man!

|Dmc1||Guys, be careful when you use Rustoleum Bedliner spray. I had some left over when I did my grill a while back so I thought I would clean a metal patio table and spray it. Table came out great so I went on to the chairs. After spraying one of the chairs I broke out a new can to finish and the spray came out gray. Make sure you test the color before you spray. This caused me a good bit of crap as I had to stop and go get more.|

|zenman||I had replaced my "JEEP" with a black emblem but even took that off when I bed-lined it. I think everyone knows it's a Jeep, lol! Looks better anyway.|

|HattenJeep||Zenman, no. I used a "rattle can" (spray paint bed-liner) just for the grill only. i didn't want too much roughened surface on the grill. The fenders were spraied with "real" Rhino liner.|

|Dmc1||I did not tape my JEEP emblem. I "scuffed" it along with the rest of the grill and sprayed it when I sprayed the grill.|

|Bolter303||Does the chrome "JEEP" come off the grill or do you have to tape it?|

|Dmc1||Installed my spare grill that the local dealership gave me that was taken off of a 2013. Installed the "gutter" mod and sprayed the grill with Rustoleum Bedliner spray. Grill came out great. Peeled the PlastiDip from my original silver grill and hung it on the wall in case I decide to go back original.|

Dipped the whole Jeep but love my black accents and the grille. Some good looking Jeeps on here!

Love the grilles guys!
A tip I learned from a good friend of mine who helped me black my wheels out with Plasti Dip is to let the can sit in hot water! This helps the dip adhere better and comes out much smoother! generally, you want to do 4-5 coats for the best impression (equals to about 3 cans).

Once you go black you never go back. Here's my bedlined grill. I sprayed it twice with plasti-dip and liked it but the dip would chip and start pealing. So I decided to make it permanent.

|jadmt||I bought a new take off grill to paint and plastidipped it black and after a few months I got tired of the black grill on my white wrangler and went back to the stock white grill. I have been kicking around selling the siliver take off one I bought.|
