jokerchief462 Dude I feel your pain I had the same issue first time I went out and lost it on a hill climb and had to back (slide) all the way down with getting sideways and rolling.

The old vacuum system can be fixed and reliable for a long time but the best bet is to lock it over for cheap and if the front shaft vibrates have it balanced for $75 and be done with it.

We don't have much water on the trails in the desert we could call that a river crossing. Lesson learned and press on it is a great picture though to remind everyone what a bad day looks like.

all fun and games until...

Yesterday was a good time....until I buried the rear dif and neither back tire was touching ground...and them my 4wd decides it doesn't want to work. Fairly certain its the vac lines. Now looking into the shift motor mod with the spring so this nonsense doesn't occur again.
