|Redrider94||Try taking the wires out of the connector, drill the size hole in the cowl, stick the wires through and put wires back in the connector. Just make sure you put them back in the proper slot. And Finish your install.|

2005 TJ lighting questions.
Hey guys and gals. Ive been lurking on here a couple years and figured it was time to share my jeep. I bought it a couple years ago now cause I rebuilt my pickup from the ground up and lowered it and wasnt about to take it hunting. I told the wife i was gonna have to use her escalade to carry my Yamaha Rhino. The reply I got was not just no but hell no!! So when i asked her what I should do she said figure it out. So About a week later I went and bought the Jeep!! I told her hey you told me to figure it out so I did. LOL
So anyway after a couple years i decided she needed some items so I installed a set of KC lights this weekend but after extensive searching I havent figured out a way to install these new ones with the pigtails and connectors on the lights behing the cowl. I have them Installed now but the edges are bent out and im not really fond of that. I cant really drill a hole cause the connector to the light is so big. Im not really sure what KC was thinking when they come up with the big connector and little bitty grommet they give you for the tubing. So any suggestions would help and pictures even better. Here is a pic of the Jeep as she sits now and some of my issue.
