Well right off the bat I will tell you that smittybuilt is not the greatest choice. They are made in china, and have a pretty bad reputation with quality control. The only attractive thing about them is they are cheap...you get what you pay for.
You can do something like the MCE flat fenders which are super cheap, made of tough plastic resin type material, poison spyder's like mentioned above , also look into gen-right, and metalcloak.
You should also check into getting the right size bumpstops as well.

Running flat or tube fenders for more flex room
Since i bought my wrangler, I have added a 2.5 inch lift and now am running 33" maxxis 751s on 15 inch mickey thompsons. after disconnecting my sway bar (well actually just breaking it) my front tires have semi destroyed my stock fenders and flares. i am wondering what a good idea would be for fender choices. I like the look of the smittybilt xrc but think the black fenders may look bad with my tan top.
