That's only when you order the Jeep. You can't do it after it's already delivered to the dealer.

PecosRiver Lithia in Santa Fe will do all sorts of mods if you're willing to pay the higher prices than other places charge. They will also cover any warranty work that involves the parts they added if the work is performed at their dealership. It's seamless in my opinion, if you're willing to pay their price.

Most dealers do repair work only. Some will do some light customization.

Swapping out transmissions, engines, gearing, brakes, etc. is far more than many dealers are willing to touch.

That and tampering with the VIN.

Up Hill Bill The ONLY thing that can void your warranty is tampering with your odometer. Period.

If you regear, those non-factory-original gears and parts will not be covered under your 3/36K bumper to bumper, or your 5/100K power-train Chrysler warranties.

The supplier and installer should, however, give you separate warranties on their products and workmanship - or else don't buy from them...

Any problem you have in the future that Chrysler reasonably can claim was due to the gear install, is going to be tough to get covered under warranty...

RayJK14 Find a Reputable offroad shop in your area. Yeah that will probably void the warranty though.

I called them and not only will they not re gear it, they said that it will void the warranty?
