|Big Cole||Water pump and fan clutch are worth replacing if you have some extra cash. Might as well replace the belt too. Not sure I'd replace the radiator unless it shows sign of potential failure.|

|Micky80||I just installed the Dorman 689-201 ODPA on my 06 TJ. My TJ has 75,000 miles and had normal wear on the gear. The shaft spins freely. But, after reading about some of the issues, I decided to swap out the original OPDA with the improved Dorman unit. Very easy job.|

My '05 LJ has 90K miles on her.. and I am one to prefer to replace or service an item so it doesnt break on me, especially when I least need it to.. I am wanting some advice in regard to items to really look at as I plan on taking her to some Jeep rallys and will drive her there and back.
I recently had all the u-joints replaced, when I did the gear upgrade. I also needed the ball joints replaced. I have replaced the alternator. I followed Jerry's advise and had the tranny cooler installed. I have a PS hood louver to help keep the heat down. I do the usual oil and tranny fluid swaps. Is there anything else that I should consider? radiator? water pump, OPDA?
Post up.. I have some time between now and my next big road trip to a offroading get together.
