|n3tfury||With those tires, it does look better. Very nice!|

Had the 2.5" coils installed. I'm happy with it. Now I need to get it dirty.

|Lusus_Naturae||If you keep the higher lift you also need to consider the driveshafts. Another reason mine will not be lifted much if any, it does just about what I need it to already anyhow.|

|spesrf25||I think I'm going to have the 2.5 springs installed, still. I researched my brains out deciding on the 2.5. Especially since I went with 34" tires instead of the 35s, and some other reasons...|

|MrAugie||When I got my GC Lite, I ordered the 2.5" kit but couldn't get the 2.5" springs in the time frame I required so they gave me a set of 3.5" springs temporarily until the 2.5" springs arrived. Well after the install, I liked the 3.5s but I didn't like the factory rake that came back with the MC lift. I had previously installed a TF leveling kit. So I took one of the front pucks and put that on top of the front 3.5" springs and my rig sits how I like it. Just an idea. Be safe.|

From the last pictures you posted it looks fine. The first few look like it had a bad rake to the front, but all seems fine now.
Why do you want to change it back to 2,5"?? I think you will like it just the way it is now.

|spesrf25||I just found out the 3.5" coils were accidentally installed. I thought it looked a little tall. No problem though. I know I'll get taken care of, and these things happen from time to time.|

|BB1857||Looks good to me. It may be a bit higher than 2.5" but i do know that MC rates their lifts for fully armored Jeeps so you can easily be higher than advertised.|

|GoldenSahara00||Get a picture from the front and actual side as well. All your pictures except one are from the back and at an angle which really makes the rear look higher.|

|Matador||Yeah, from the photos it looks like you had a nice rake going before the lift. I would try to get some level ground shots and some measurements if you can, then shoot the guys at MC an email with the info. Its hard to diagnose what the problem is, if there is one, if you didn't do the install yourself, have accurate before/after measurements or better shot of the Jeep on level ground. Right now there are too many variables.|

No, I had a reputable 4x4 shop in NJ install it (I'm pretty sure they did a good job), and I'm on the other side of the planet. I've been gone a year and won't see it in person for another couple of weeks. I didn't want to fiddle with it when I get home because I'm hurtin' for some family time.
The pics were taken by my better half. I'll see if she has time to get a pic on level ground. Here are some more, though.
The first one is the before (18/59 Springs), and the other two are after (she had a finger smudge on the lens):

Agreed on the driveway. Would like to see a pic on level ground.
For reference. Stock is around 201/4 front and 211/4 rear from mid wheel to bottom flare.
This is just a reference but from the few jeeps I measured is pretty close.

|Matador||Did you get some measurements on level ground? Its hard to tell from photos of angled driveway what's going on and without numbers its even harder. I do think its pretty clear that your higher in the rear but that can be due to a variety of different things. Did you do the install yourself?|
|07-01-2013 08:34 AM|
|GoldenSahara00||Got a full tank of gas? It does look a bit higher in the rear but some lifts maintain the factory rake. MC might be able to swap you out some lighter duty coils for the rear or something.|

It's also on a slightly sloped driveway in the pics, maybe that changes the appearance?

|TexasRubi||Looks right to me. Just got mine done as well. I ended up with 4.5" front lift and 3" rear. 18/60 stock springs for reference.|

|kjeeper10||Looks like the front ain't liking the weight A loaded JK should get 2.5" from those coils. Looks like the front is ok but the rear is light and higher.|
