|daddyjeep||Awesome. that's all i have to say about that|

|Crashzx6r||I have also started mock up on center console and all my wiring and dash lay out has changed since I simplifed them. I'm now running a painless rocker box and few relays.|

|Crashzx6r||Working on getting seats mounted and front half of tubing done. I may be swapping motor for a 402 bigblock with 12:1 compression fully built to beat on. It's hard to turn down the deal and I'll have way more fun pinning 450hp much less the torque it makes. Looks like I'll be building up the drive train some too. I also have almost bought all the parts I need to finish building the rear d60 to put it in after the stretch.|

And I'm back.
Still building chassis and cage...
And recently had a good trail ride in a friend of mines buggy. Makes you want to quit your build after riding in a race rig.

I'm getting all the stuff rounded up to go full propane as well.
And here are some shots of engine
I made some rear mounts to hold back of motor up during build until trans finds permanent he and crossmember

Could run electric fan and belt driven while allowing room for shroud.
I would set your motor back a tad but keeping an eye on drive line lengths. Ill try and get some pictures for you soon.

Looking good! I like your paint choice. Your dash looks great too!
Can you provide info about your motor mounts, and perhaps some pics? I bought the Advanced Adapters(weld-in) mounts after reading an article. They spoke highly of them, I am just uncertain where to properly place them. I also am concerned with them being only a cushion style mount vs. the standard GM mount, or even the rubber/poly bushing mounts that people fab.

I'm trying to round up the rest of my materials to build cage and get it going.
I gotta get my trans mounted and case then I can finish plumbing. I plan to get fuel cell buttoned up once I cut the floor and drop it 8 inches or so should make enough room for a cooler mount!

|Crashzx6r||I'm just gonna use factory gears and shafts and over haul bearings and seals, and build truss and cover|

|Crashzx6r||Came out of a 79 f250 it's 4.11 with trac lock, full float. Going full width and using same up front.|

|BlackTJ98||Where did you source your d60 (what model vehicle is it taken from)? Did you have to shorten its width? Going 8 lug?|

The pace of the build is changed. Gonna be starting cage work and mounting on the 700r4 and np205 then ill be working on the rear d60 I have. Gonna try like hell to find a front d60 in my price range by winter.
Going to also be changing seats to Corbeau Baja ss seats and 5 points. The cage will be pretty involved so ill try to do step by step.
I will be using 1 3/4 .120 wall Dom tubing
