Rmadd Well I have been driving it around that range, but many people have told me to keep it around 2200, which would make sense considering that the peak torque is closer to that than 1500.

I know for my 6speed JK 3.8 the manual has notes on what speeds to shift at and what speeds to cruise at. I usually keep mine between 1500-2000 when cruising.

I just got my first jeep, but I really don't know what the best rpm's are for fuel economy. Its a 4.0 liter with the nsg370 transmission. Any help?
