I didn't notice any clips. When I installed it I just slid in the rear window in the channel (new to jeeps, dealer sold me a bad top saying it was good, but wouldn't replace it). It was on the entire time. Do you have a specific pic for the clips?

That's what I thought, but I rotated it a lot and it didn't seem to move. Is it hard or generally easy to get out?

NoBoat0429 Those little clip/covers go on and off when door is closed to keep the bottom of the "window" taught. The slider bar fits into the receiver channel a spefific way and will "lock" into position when zips are down. You may need to slide the bar either way so it's a perfect fit. There is a specific way mine slides in. I have a supertop from bestop.

Soft top rear window bar

I cant tell what is up with mine, I know you are able to "remove" it so you can roll up the rear window, but when I installed my soft top today, mine wouldn't budge. Not sure if im trying to remove it wrong, or if its screwed in, but I cant get it off. I don't want to break it by bulling too hard either.

Any ideas? I can provide a pic if needed.
