Where in the Caribbean are you? I was just in Grand Cayman and Cozumel and was amazed by the number of Jeeps I saw.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Wet Okoles. I'm in Florida so I need covers that'll survive the elements as well.

I'm former military and current law enforcement so I have a lot of molle stuff. My first thought was to go with the Smittybilt GEAR seat cover. I wasn't completely happy with the was the cover fit on the seat (it wasn't fitted) and I read a lot of bad reviews so I kept looking. I saw the Trek Armor covers and they were pretty close to what I was looking for. The molle webbing on the back of the seat allows for quite a bit of customizable storage. The molle on the side of the seat close to your leg allows for the mounting of anything you feel you might need within reach yet would like to have out of sight from most people. And they were fitted rather than "here's some straps and buckles so you can sorta cover up the fact that this wasn't made for your vehicle" look. I have a few other questions and concerns that I but when I called them up, the guy I talked to addressed them all. I was so pleased to the extent he went to address them that I placed an order at that time.

Don't know how to post pics but will try to figure it out. Lol
Live in Tahoe too. Seat heaters would be nice! Lots of wires to deal with?

that sounds about right. I left a voicemail with Mitch I assume easily a week or more ago now. I think he was out of the office for a couple days. I figure I'm not going to waste a bunch of time hunting down the answer and if they make a seat cover compatible with airbags by May 1st then I will buy them. If not then I will simply spend my money elsewhere.

I believe 07-10, 11-12, 13-14 are all different... i'm not 100% sure though

How close? I literally almost clicked the "place order" button for a neoprene set from the big Q when I ran across this post. I wanted trek armors since april and have been hearing nearly as long that they were planning on doing the testing and rolling out this feature and then I recall in the fall something was posted about them abandoning this research due to liability issues and not wanting to get involved should one single incident occur and the air bag not deploy correctly and someone get hurt. They also were warning about other manufacturers with the "flap" openings that we should be asking if they did the proper testing and such. I thought one of the hangups was the stitching needed to tear free required some crazy expensive piece of sewing equipment.

If trek armor is releasing airbag capable seat covers before April they have one sale here but I'm a little leery given what I perceived transpired in that process this year. Note that I say I perceived as a customer, I don't know anyone nor talked to anyone at trek armor after my initial inquiry where I was told they are not pursuing side airbag capable covers.

I may be a little bitter about the tear and consequential customer service, but i plan to get a pair of wet okole's when i get the funds and the coverkings deteriorate more. my friend's got the okoles on his wrangler and they look great, and they really feel more durable.
You did the right thing posting great pictures. This forum has great exposure to the sellers of COVERKING.That being said that would help their sales after you took some away. It's a tough spot if jeep is lifted and the driver is short,a lot of slideding in,and rubbing.Like you said the design should include those factors!
