new shocks and BB kit in the making...

I just got a BB from a guy in town but have nothing but the spacers. do i need bumpstops or anything else? probably new bolts and nuts? I'm also doin new shocks, skyjacker hydros, when im shopping for them whats the difference b/w 1-3" lift and 3.5-4"? is that the size of the lift that i would be running the shocks with? and is it a big deal if i just had the BB and wen't with the 3.5-4" shock size?

Also, with a BB installed, what if i found some used rubicon springs, b/c of their stiffness i've heard that they'd add an inch or two. would that make a difference since i already have the BB in there? I can't see how it would...

most of you are probably thinkin that i over analyze everything, 9lame: but hey its for my jeep:
