Robertsk1 Yup. Anti-drainback valve in the fuel pressure regulator. If it leaks, it allows gas to drain back out out of the system and into the gas tank. It sits on top of your fuel pump. A new one is 60 on ebay. Depending on the year of your jeep, it may separate from the fuel pump.

Lando25 I believe the check valve is located on top of your fuel pump. I could be wrong though as I've never had to change one. You can do a forum search on fuel check valve or fuel pressure regulator. I'm on my phone for the moment so the forum search function is useless.

Lando25 Its not the filter, that's considered a lifetime item by the factory. I would look at your fuel pressure regulator.

When i go to start it will turn over for about 15-20 sec then it will start and be fine. But i can turn the key on wait for fuel pump to kick off and then turn the key off and turn it back on and start it just fine. I'm thinking its the fuel filter. But i really don't wanna buy a whole new fuel pump just cuz of the filter. Any ideas?
