Not doing a good job, really?? A LOT of 2015 info has been posted there, including advance info on colors, pricing, options, production and much more. Just in the past few weeks I have personally replied to more than 100 emails giving out additional info...

There is nothing STOPPING a 2015 information thread here. We just don't have a sponsoring dealer willing to step up and handle it.

While the information may be available on another site, we won't just go cut and paste blanket sections of someone else's work. And we wouldn't have anyone to answer questions that actually knows or has the appropriate background to answer questions correctly.

Our new sponsoring vendor is Koons CDJ in Tyson's Corners, Virginia. They have their own sub-forum here. You could trying posting a message there or sending them a PM and ask if they are going to have a 2015 information thread this year.

Sorry to hear that. There are many misinformed dealer reps out there.

4.10 is standard on Rubicon and Rubicon X's with the 6-speed manual, it's a $495 option on the automatics. If you ordered an auto and don't see the added charge then it wasn't ordered with the 4.10.

The beginning of this thread states that the 4.10 is standard on the X, then states that it is optional on the automatic. The dealer told me it had the 4.10, but the window sticker does not have it listed as a paid option... so I'm confused.

If anyone knows the answer I would be very grateful.

I believe on the Rubicon X - the 4:1 is standard. I could be wrong, can someone with an X verify please?

4.1 gear

A 4.1 is standard on the manual trans, optional on the auto. It would have the 4.1 option listed on the right side of your window sticker if it's an auto. It's a $495 option

I have 3675 miles on my JKUR, it's my DD. I've had 6 & 5 hr freeway one way trips, hubby feels they ride smooth. We plan to take it to Colorado Springs for his Military reunion. For him to choose my JKUR over his Caravan, and he has been in it for 2 long round trips...he would hardly go to town (10 miles) in the stock tires on the CJ-7...says something for the smoothness of the ride with stock tires. I do not notice a rough ride with stock tires, whether it's dirt, gravel or freeway surface and speeds. You might want to try them before you change them out.

Have you driven on the BFG KM's? I don't think they are rough-riding at all. I have 1800 miles on my Rubicon and I am completely happy with the road manners of the stock BFG's. And they were awesome when rock-crawling and trail-riding up in Big Bear, CA for the Jeep Jamboree!
