|bluvikng||Looks like you had a great time, I missed the two parades our club did this month. Sometimes work can be a bummer.|

|Griz||I was an after market conversion not factory. They took the brand new vette and did the front and back. The interior was left original. The kit consists of the front end, the tail end and the side chrome trim piece. The original 1953 vette only came in one color and that was white with red interior. Almost all the modified 2003 cars are painted that color altho I have seen a red with red interior and a black with red interior.|

Hmmm. I guess I could have asked but I never would have thought it was factory custom work. The front looks cool but I don't like the wings on the back.

|amerijeep||Might look better if it weren't white....|

|Scout||It's ok. It just looks like a kit car to me.|

|amerijeep||Yall might think I'm crazy, but IMO that vette looks ridiculous. I like a vette, particularly an older one, but they just is wrong.|

|Griz||They did that Vette conversion in 2003 to celebrate the 50th anniversery of the Corvette. I have seen several at shows. The car with the conversion sold for between $80,000 and $100,000. Its supposed to make it look like an updated 1953-1955 Vette.|

Couple pics from our Christmas parade
We had our local Christmas Parade this Sunday. Over 100 entries. We had about 4 TJ's, a couple YJ's, a Scrambler and a couple Samurai's. Everybody put lights on their rigs. The crowd loved us. Here are the few pics my daughter didn't blur.
Getting the lights put on.
Our front jeep in the line-up.
Rubi in front of me.
Check out this Vette. Fairly new model with a 50's front and rear.
All lit up.
