HELP! YJ manifold repair

i recently installed a new exhaust manifold. My old one cracked down the middle and also had a stud broken off. I got the broken stud out and installed the new manifold pretty easily.
My new problem is with the throttle. When i started the jeep up for the first time after the fix, the jeep automatically reved itself up to 7000 rpms, i cut the engine and started researching. The only thing i could find was to clean the IAC.
Has anyone else had this problem after a manifold repair?
