Tire psi and new rubber. Brand spanking new tires have those little tits on them and add to that over inflated or max psi and you are rolling on marbles. Odds are you will never have it again as you have some miles on the tires but I would lower the psi to around 30ish just to be safe.
I put a set of Nittos terra grapplers on my 06 Cummins and on the way home from tire shop I just about lost it for the same reason. I was going about 70 and merged lanes and it took off wallering all over the road like a boat. Pucker factor of 9. Got home let some air out and still felt little loose but got much better after about 200 miles.

Wheelz- This wasn't the normal push pull of a semi. I am extremely familiar with that driving a 37" motorhome. Doors were on. This wasn't a push. It was the front end out of control.

I'm assuming you had them on, but by any chance were your doors off? I've noticed in my JK (as well as my old TJ), when passing a Semi, or getting passed by a Semi, driving at freeway speeds, you really feel the strong gust of wind. It almost pushes you out of your seat sometimes if you're not expecting it. I've had a similar feeling with just the top down too but not as bad.
I'm guessing it was more of a perfect conditions type of moment. The wind may have just hit the right spot and really pushed you.

|Lusus_Naturae||It could have been a fluke. I had my TJ in for work years ago, nothing big, replace a shock and balance the tires. I got it back and headed to work, on the highway. I only got down the entrance ramp half way before I got death wobble bad. I was able to let it coast down to 20mph and I limped it back to the dealer thinking it was related to the new shock or tire balance. Everything was ok. They took it out a tested it while I lost 2 hours of work. I got it back and it never did it again, making me wonder if it was related to letting the axles droop while the shock was exchanged.|

Yes it does wander. This wasn't a wander, or the normal suck and push I experience in my RV when I pass a semi (or they pass me)
I've owned a lot of different vehicles in my 42 years of driving. Porchse, Vette, Truck, Large SUV's, Street Rods, etc. Nothing like this has ever happened to me.
The wife grabbed the scare bar when this happened, and I was close to out of control.
Don't know what it was, but I DO NOT want to experience it again.
Ashumtoy- Alignment - That's a definite.
JRussBlues - I'm on the fence on this. But after watching the video on Teraflex's website showing the flex of the stock Track Bar, it kinda of all makes sense. It's the only thing centering the axel, and I can only describe what I felt as "The Death Wobble"
The dealer said the "DW" usually happens around 40 MPH. I was doing 70.

I noticed that the jeep tends to wander a lot more than other vehicles I've owned... Not enough to seem out of the ordinary, but it's not as tight as a sports car. Granted, I'm used to driving saab's and subaru's with very tight, twitchy steering. I think what you are experiencing could be normal, especially due to the lack of aerodynamics.

Told the dealer service manager what I was doing (worried about the warranty also) he said that most of the Mopar lift components are made by Teraflex for them, so he would have no problem honoring the warranty with the setup I'm doing.

After you put everything on, make sure you have it aligned again and then see if you have the problem.

|kjeeper10||Nope.. Prefect. You will like that setup. My option on the track bar, is its nice to have over the weak factory Tb. Nothing wrong with having the axle perfectly centered either.|

OK, so the dealer test drove under the conditions I explained, they checked the suspension, torque, etc. Test drove again, and no symptom. I went to the dealer and test drove with the service manager, nothing.
Could this just be a fluke incident?
Anyway, not sure it matters until I'm done with the mods.

|Lbear||As you may have noted, this isn't normal. It could be a defective swaybar or other suspension issues, but whatever it is don't risk your life here. Take it to the dealer and have them find out what it is and don't take it back until they do. The only thing I ever had was the hood ballooning when passed, but no control issues.|

A Rubicon that isn't malfunctioning won't allow a driver to do this. It is designed to automatically reconnect the front sway bar at speeds about 20+ mph.
It sounds as if something is inadvertently disconnected.

|Lusus_Naturae||You may want to try dropping the pressure to 35. I noticed in summer I have to watch the air pressure a bit more in my tires, I run 29 in winter - which if I leave it alone becomes about 34 in summer. I drop it every summer to 29 or I get some wiggles on these cruddy roads and highways.|

I ran into that problem once... that's when I remembered the front swaybar links were still in the pocket of the driver's seat.
...and that was on a JKU with 4" lift and 35" tires on 15" wheels, so take it for what it's worth.

|coelement777||This is definitely not normal. I have a 2013 2 door, the speed limit on the interstate here is 75 and i have passed semis going 80 with no issues whatsoever. If yours is a rubicon check the front sway bar first, your not supposed to drive at highway speeds with it disconnected|

Door says "Cold = 37 PSI" TPMS says 39 and it's 100 degrees here. So I would say tire pressure isn't the issue.
Has ANYONE experienced this with a 2013 4 door?

Stock. Brand spanking new. Will check tire pressure. I thought about video taping a dealer mechanic test driving it.
Could the front sway bar cause this?
