Lane24 Our girl Shylo loves the roof off, but it was so hot in the Mountains today, we figured we would give her some shade, and just use the sunrider, and windows out.

Ajax is our backseat driver. He loves to hang out the window/over the side and watch for oncoming tree branches.

Don't worry folks, he's strapped in good. Front clip harness and a coupler. Replaced the coupler clips with carabiners and hooked him right to the kiddie-chair-hooks. That's as far as he is able to get his head out.

He hated having the windows down in the Civic, but loves having the top down on the Jeep. Always trying to stick his head up and over the top. If we do a long trip, I'll probably fold the seats down. Please ignore the horrible grey blankets... they're a temporary solution to the HAIR EVERYWHERE problem. Seat covers should be arriving this week... he's an expensive hound.

My girlfriend found him on the side of the road as a puppy. He is living large now though, and loves the jeep....and his biscuit.

Boston_Bruins30 My two pups daisy (tan and white) and zoey (black and white) both rescues. I think they might be pitt but they're the sweetest dogs. And love riding in the jeep with the top off.

Lusus_Naturae Here are a couple of Charlie ( the pom) and Lil Bits (the chi). We had to put Charlie to rest this past year, he often went to work with me in the Jeep. He was a good boy, even when he wasn't.

Lil Bits likes the Jeep, but mostly sleeps during the ride.

We acquired Nala this past September. She is another chihuahua. She likes playing hide and go seek under the Jeep, and is pretty good in the Jeep.

Not bad for a few strays from the shelter and Nala - Nala was a surrender to the shelter.

X-Mas in July lol

When Cosmo isn't playing Santa's helper, she takes the road with me. Yep, she's a little jeeper, once were rolling she hangs out on the passenger seat or goes to the back area enjoying the new scenary. And yeah I do use a harness with a bungee leach attached to the passenger seat belt, everyone buckles up in my rig

Aseventyfive This is hunter. He's 6 months and we've been together for 3. Majority of the time he lays down in the front seat but sometimes he'll look out and watch.

JeepED I had a dog years ago who LOVED to ride. Always took her 4-wheeling and we both had a blast. She's been gone 10 years now, but I had the pleasure of 13 good years with her. Miss her still.

hbgirl I wish my Boston loved riding in the Jeep; she's been going for rides since I got her at 3 months old (she's 1.5 now), but she just can't relax. And we take 4.5 hour roadtrips usually every other weekend.

This is Ruby, hiking in the Black Hills of SD a couple months ago:

Charlie only likes the Jeep when it's not moving. He's only 6 months now, though.
