Tires for Pro Comp 7069

I have a stock 2010 JK Sport I want to get Pro Comp 7069 16x8 wheels. Now Im not sure of the the tire size. Can I put 285x75x16 Duratracs on those rims, and can I put 265x75x16 Duratracs on those rims. Now from what I've read I can go up to a 33" tire on stock without lift. The first tire is 32.8" high and 11.22" wide, and the second is 31.6" high and 10.43" wide. Also the Pro Comp wheels have a 4.0" backspace. Will the larger of the 2 cause any trouble when I'm off road. And is the wheel wide enough for either tire.
Any comments or advice would be appreciated
