Wunder Good on ya! I picked up the billet one with the soft top, just love it, swapped out the 29's on 16's for the Rubicon wheel tire set up, and the Rubi suspension will be going on shortly!

The Jeep Addiction Bit Hard!

So I had my little green 2005 TJ for about a year and a half. I liked it for the most part. It had a lot of character and was nothing short of the little engine that could. The little lizard really did good in Moab and on my 2200 mile road trip, granted, it was noisy, bouncy, jouncy, and I had to wring it out in 3rd on the steep grades...

So I get home, and find myself with idle hands on the internet. I manage to click on an addy that new Jeeps are $3000 below MSRP. I thought about it quickly, and while $3K off a new Sahara or Rubicon isn't much... that same $3K off a $25K JK Sport is substantial. So I drove one.

It's was like a missile, with twice the horsepower I was accustomed to...

So after 2 days of price negotiating I drove it home.

She doesn't have the character of the old Lizard. The transmission is super tight too. I'm not hot on the plastic grill or the metal tooth welded to the bottom of the front bumper (my cut off tool may attack the latter). But she's quiet, smooth, gets better mileage, and accelerates like a scalded dog.

Leveling kit and assorted mods are inbound, pending future pay days.
