YjKalamity I don't run a rear seat anymore, but I had the same problem with mine. To get it out I got a piece of rebar, put it against the hooks on the bottom of the seat, and smacked it with a mallet to bust it loose.

Back Seat Stuck...

Trying to remove the back seat from my 04 TJ.

I lift the handle and the seat folds down, but that's it. It won't tumble or roll forward. I'm doing it pretty aggressively as well but I'm afraid I'm going to break the handle.

Anyone else have this problem?
