Needed Metal Fab and Welding shop

Looking for a metal shop to do some mods on my 3/8 steel bumpers that includes moving the fairlead location to center (3 inches) and cutting the winch opening 1/2" on both the right and left side. I live in Southern Maryland but don't mind driving to get to a good fab shop or even a person that knows what they are doing.
