handcm I love them! The 4.5" backspace really gave the jeep that aggressive stance without adding spacers. The only negative was how long it took to get the wheels from tire rack, at least 5 wks. Maybe by now ultra has built up their stock I whatever but other than that to for it!!

wrangledangle Bringing the thread back to life! How are you liking these wheels? I'm about to order them in black with silver.

handcm So I still have the stock tires on with these new wheels. Does the dealer carry that procal device or tire shops typically have them?

dawhitesJKU ^AEV procal. It will turn off the tpms sensors (the majority of us do) and it will calibrate ur speedo/shift points (if auto) to run bigger tires.

handcm Got four of these rims put on finally. They were a new model from ultra wheels so took a month and actually still waiting on the 5th one. Ill post pictures next week after the 5 th gets put on. My TpMS light is still on and it's been two days since the wheels went on, should I still be waiting for it to go off or is there something I can do to help?

dawhitesJKU Stocks are good to go. No need to spend extra dough if u already have em.

handcm With my jeep being brand new do I have to worry about buying the TPMS sensors or will the stock ones be fine?
06-10-2013 08:40 PM
dawhitesJKU 4.5 back spacing is the safe bet. We're not saying that 4.53 will not fit, it's just that 4.5 or less would be the green light. You won't need spacers with a 4.53. Your good to go.

handcm Think these wheel spacers are legit or only go with spidertrax??

Ultra Phantom Black wheels

Thinking about picking up these wheels. Anybody seen these on a Jeep yet? If so post a pic if you have them on. I am going to keep the stock tires 255/70/18 since I just bought the jeep brand new. I want the look of the tires sticking out a little from the wheel well. I know the stock rims are 6.25" backspacing while these are 4.53" so that puts me out an extra 1.7". Is it safe to take a tape measure out and just measure out 1.7" from where my tires sit now to see how far out these wheels would put my tires? I hear about wheel spacers but are they worth the $200 and how big would I need?
