Are those a pair that you own or is that a picture you found online? If they are yours can you take a few other pictures and give some measurements so that I can make a set?

Defcon 1 Wow thanks for the info guys. I didn't realize that the full doors were so expensive!

Also, do the windows on a full door slide or roll down?

Do the strikers on a YJ with half-doors work with the full door from another YJ?

It took me 3 months to find the actual OEM part used on eBay.

Yeah I've looked around. The problem is I'm not exactly sure what the striker style is called. I know it's a striker but I haven't found anything that look remotely close to working.

1987Wrangler YJ You must change the door pin on your YJ to a striker that is found on a TJ. I have seen it done before. this a TJ striker.

What kind of mod does it take?

1987Wrangler YJ the soft top factory half doors had square corners. the full doors that come with the hardtop are round and cane be used on the bestop supertop soft top. CJ/Yj full doors will work on the YJ. a TJ door will work but with modification to the door pin

About OEM Doors:

Hey guys,

I wasn't the first owner of my Jeep, so I'm not sure how it originally came in '91. I always wanted full doors, but when I got the Jeep it had the 1/2 doors and soft upper. They both are a pain to deal with, and they are always drafty and leak water.

I would just like to know a little more about the different configurations the YJ's came in when it comes to doors. I would love to upgrade to full doors, but I'm not sure which year to buy, or if they'll fit my hard-top or soft-top. Was it a premium to get a YJ with full-doors? Will CJ full doors fit a YJ? Do the windows roll up or slide back? I've never actually dealt with them or know anyone that has them. Thanks
