I looked at everyone of the replacement options.
I have a heavy JK 5600 lbs empty..loaded likely about 6500 lbs.
I put on ORO front swaylock and a rear Currie 1" bar, as the stock Rubicon elect swaybar IMO is worthless except for the street and the rear bar doesn't do much of anything.
Just came back from the 61st and the system works fantastic. Street works just as good as a stock system and on the trail control was excellent. Only I need to do to get it perfect is tighten the rear bar a hole or to on the arm.
Nicest part of the ORO is it mounts using the stock sway bar location so you can cut off the bash bar, which isn't needed and for some bumpers has to be removed.. The lever neededto switch between street and trail works flawlessly.

Older pic but you can see how beefy the TF bar is. Solid forging means this baby is heavy.
I did have to install new grade 8 bolts in the sleeve. First idiot doing my alignment stripped one out. Never had a problem since

|Big Fran||I went with the TeraFlex due to their video. I'm sure they both are great but I have a TeraFlex lift and I liked the way theirs adjusts. It was a real easy install and also easy to adjust. Their video says the TeraFlex track bar is 14x stronger then the stock track bar.|

After looking at both, the TF looks like a a solid forging, the JKS is DOM tubing.
If this is correct, I would think the TF would be stronger. Please correct me if I am wrong on this. I will be ordering one soon.

|kjeeper10||Another benefit to TF is the factory bushings. I do see failures with aftermarket Heim joints.|

Just put the JKS unit on last weekend. Really nice unit but the turn buckle would have been easier. Still - I'm quite happy with the JKS.
I also replaced the bolts with the synergy units like you we're inquiring about.

I truly like the JKS models. I have both front and rear JKS adjustable trac bars. Set them up at install and forget about 'em. Been running them on my '07 for a little over 3yrs now.

|ESP||Something to keep in mind is once a TB is set correctly it won't need adjusting while installed.|

|ESP||The TF can be adjusted via a turnbuckle while installed. The JKS must be removed to adjust. Both are top quality.|

TF & JKS Track Bars
Adjustable Track Bars. I realize that the "best" is subjective. But for those in the know...is there a meaningful difference between TF Monster Adj Front Track Bar and the JKS Front Adj Track Bar? Bushing quality, adjustable mechanism quality?
