It did actually require minor trimming to air dam since it rubbed a little bit at full steering lock.

^some people cut em.
but with the 275/70/18 tires, you will be ok with stock suspension. I ran 285/70/17 for about 2 months before getting my lift. I did not rub during full lock, was able to retain the front air dam, and i went offroading with it too without any problems whatsoever. I'm just giving you some peace of mind...you'll be ok.

Even at full steering lock?
Another thing is that the rubicon comes with rock rails instead of side steps, and they pass the rear fender, would that touch?

That is a narrow 33". No you will not need a lift.

Help required with wheels & tires on specific size
Hello, I'm a new member here from Bahrain (middle east) and I've currently purchased my 3rd JK wrangler.
This is my first time to mod the car and I've already purchased some wheels and tires after doing some research but now that I've received the package I feel like they will rub.
I currently have a 2013 Jeep wrangler rubicon
The wheels I've got are XD Monsters 18"x9 with 4.5 backspacing and -12mm offset with Goodyear duratecs 275/70/18
I would very much appreciate it if some one could tell me if these would rub what so ever without a lift? As they seem too big not to rub.
Should I go ahead and install them or should I lift the car first?
I was thinking of a 2" MOPAR lift kit with fox shocks
