Is this a good deal

I am wanting to buy tj to daily drive and also take on trails, beaches etc and i was trying to buy a somewhat pre modified jeep so i dont blow all my money only 9/10ths of it but i was wondering if this is wrangler was a good deal?
It is a 97 wrangler sport and he wants 9g

Drivetrain:
6cyl with just under 93k
Ax15 with clutch replaced @ 65k
Np241 rubicon model was pulled @ 35 k, installed @ 78k
1350 rear driveline w/ spare
1330 front driveshaft w/ spare
Rear axle dana 44 w/ 4.10s full Detroit and g2 chromolly shafts rugged ridge 1/4in plate diff cover, ubolt style yoke, w/ stock spares shafts
Front axle hp cherokee dana 30 4.10, Arb, g2 chromolly shafts, riddler diff cover, ubolt style yoke, w/ spare shafts and unit bearings

Tires and wheels
5 35 in bfg km2
4 on allied 15x8 allied bead locks
Spare mount on procomp rock crawler steel wheel
Procomp spline-drive lug nuts

Suspension:

Approx 6in of lift. . ..
4.5 in rubicon express coils, adj upper control arms,
Teraflex lower adj control arms (new bigger style rod end)
Procomp adj track bars front and rear, w/ moab outpost rear track bar brace that bolts to top of the diff cover
Rancho 9000s front and Procomp 9000 rear shocks. . .
Teraflex upper rear par pin eliminator, lower rubicon express 3/16 shock mounts
Front 11in procomp limiting straps
Daystar 5in bump stops
Daystar 1in full poly 1in body lift


Exterior:

Currie front bumper w/ warn 8kxi, optix 4in hid driving lights
Smittybilt front tube fenders w/ 3in flare front amber led turn signal

Rear flush mount led tailights with light tint
Rear smittybilt bumper tire carrier with aux back up lights mounted on swing out carrier. License plate mount in center of tire w/ rock hard 3rd brake license plate light

33 engineering center skid plate w/ removal cross member skid plate combo
Nth degree oil pan skid plate
Modified skid row gas tank skid plate
Warn steering box skid plate

Kilby onboard air compressor system w/ 2.5 gallon tank under drivers side back seat
Air horn off a semi wired into horn button
Dual yellow top batteries with custom dual battery wiring w/ marine grade switch
Mean green dual battery mount kit
Rock it intake tube with knn filter
Banks short tube header, new cat installed 6 months ago w/ flow master single chamber w/ 2 ¼ tubing out the back
1in motor mount lift w/ poly mounts (cant remember which company, I think currie)
4 rock lights

Interior:

Corbeau lg1 seats with corbeau seat adapters
Full stereo with 1500 watts component speakers.
Dash has been changed to a dual switch pod eliminating the ash tray and adding another 3 switch spots and another cigarette lighter
Gauge dash lights and heater control dash lights changed to blue led to match switches and stereo
Tuffy full center console
