They took care of the sensor under warranty. They did tell me any lift over 2.5" would void some warranty items. He didnt mention any other mods.
The sales side is just like any other dealership...its a "for" profit business

|redskinswin||Thanks Beastmaster. I have had a couple warranty claims with them as Larry Miller and they seem to do a decent job. Not 100% thrilled with their communication however as I have always had to call to see if my part has come in. Have not been to Jim Click yet though. Do you have any experience with them?|

I bought a used car from them about 6 years ago, I remember their doc fee being really high.
I bought my current jeep from Moore, would not go back there.

While I have never had dealings with the now defunct Tucson Chrysler-Jeep, I have used the Larry H. Miller dealership [in Surprise] for maintenance work with complete satisfaction. I am not a fan of their 'energetic' auto sales tactics, but to each their own.
They bought out the Avondale Chrysler-Jeep dealership several months ago and built the Surprise dealership. They seem to be making a concerted effort to challenge AutoNation here in Arizona.
Bill Luke has been in that location for generations and was the Chrysler-Plymouth dealer when I was a kid. I still remember riding my bicycle past there and stopping to look and dream about owning the 'Petty' blue 1971 Plymouth Superbird with the 440 six-pack that was in the front of the dealership that year.
It's probably one of the few non-corporate dealerships left in the Phoenix market.

They seem to be a little better now but that's my 2 cents worth,

|kbruce130||I've never bought a vehicle from them, but I did have my Cummins Ram serviced there several times to include having a piston and the head replaced. I was very impressed with the service department and the quality of their work. If I was still in Phoenix, I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them.|

Thanks everyone for the suggestions...
You will probably think I'm nuts, but I was going to fly down from Chicago to AZ and drive it back. Bill Luke is offering $400 on a single airfare ticket to fly there if a vehicle is purchased from them.
Not only did they have a great price, but also was going to cover the airfare. I'm just cautious because it seems quite generous....you know.

|redskinswin||Buy in Tucson at Larry H Miller. Tax rate is only 8.1% and will more than make up for the $50.00 in gas it will cost you.|

A bad experience there when I bought mine. I'd rather buy from Bill Luke.

|Rocjeepn||Shipped there, but got a better deal at Moore Jeep in Peoria. See Spencer or Grant.|

|Lowerumble||I did. Had a good experience. Ordered a jeep and picked it up from out of state. Price was more than fair and the dealership stands out from most. They have an in house health care facility for their employees, etc. Would recomend. PM me if you want more info.,|

|MattK||Might want to ask this in the Arizona regional forum here. Probably get a better response.|

Anyone purchase from Bill Luke Jeep in AZ? Experience??
I've seen a number of positive post of folks purchasing jeeps in VA. How about AZ? In particular, Bill Luke Jeep in Phoenix, AZ. Anyone purchase from this dealership? If so, would you recommend them?
