I installed it all.
Front bumper with hoop was about $380; winch with synthetic line and billet fairlead was $430. The rear bumper was the most expensive at $440.

The installs aren't technically hard; the fasteners & general fitment are a pain in the butt though.

Well, I have 285/75-16 on ProComp 16x8 wheels --- my stock 3.73 gearing made it a horribly slow turtle and I've regeared to 4.56.
Bigger tires mean that ratios have changed; regearing helps to restore balance.
Yin and Yang sort of thing.

christhetoolman Hey, thanks for the replies. What size do ya'll think would work good with this V6 auto.

As far as type of tire, I really like the super swampers.
I also want to use the stock rims so I can swap the stock tires back on after hunting season.

Thanks for the replies in advance.

Hilldweller You could run a 255/85-16 on that wheel without issue. That's a very good 33" size since it gives you the ride height without increasing rolling resistance too much.
If you bought spacers, you could run wider than that.

distortedtj Your guy at the "discount tire" is a MORON...31''tire is true for a TJ but your is a JK....most of the stock tires on JK's are about 32's.

Some pple run 33's with no problems on JK's.

2009 wrangler max tire size w/o lift

I have a 2009 wrangler 2 dr. 4x4 with 16" rims and want to go to the biggest tire i can get without lifting. I went to Discount tire and the guy said he thought I could go to a 265x70x16 which he said was about a 31.5x 10.50 but it might scrub on the sway bar when turning tight.
Has anyone gone thru this ? If so, I would appreciate answers.
