What Bumper?!

Hey Y'all,
Just wonderin if anybody has had any experience with either the Advance Frameworks bumper or the ARB Bull Bar. I am stuck between which of these to buy, and my main concerns are sagging due to weight (with winch) and my tires rubbing. (3" Rusty's, 0 BL, 32x11.50x15 SSR's) I know if I do have sagging I can prolly compensate with spacers on top of the springs but if anyone has already been through this the help would be much appreciated...THANKS!
