jp'rs_peep'rs I would guess no more than 400 per set installed.

jp'rs_peep'rs Stop by Wally World and get your self some Good Year Wrangler tires in the auto center. They are the budget line tire and a 31 X 10.50 should be fairly reasonable. The give ya about 35-50K miles per set. They are just average street tires and not intended for off roading. JMHO

Jerry Bransford A 31x10.50 is ideal and the biggest an unlifted TJ can handle without rubbing. And as recommended above, the BFG All Terrain KO would be an excellent all-around choice tire that is excellent for most any situation other than deep mud or deep snow. It wears like iron (>50K miles easily) and it's a very quiet tire as well.

njkeagle I did not find the BFG AT noisy at all. Well, I don't even find my current TrXus 33's noisy. I mean they are a bit but I like it. AT, I did not hear a thing..Or maybe I am loosing my hearing

Pylonpounder That reminds me, actually- AT, the All Terrain tires, are a little noisier, may be wear a little quicker..but look better. If you are looking for street only, or mostly street, and don't really care about them looking aggressive, try the BFG Long Trail tires.

njkeagle ^^x2. That was exactly what I had. BFG AT and looked great.

Pylonpounder Best bet is 31x10.50's. BFG makes some nice ones that wear well. any larger than 31x10.50 is more likely to rub...unless you are doing some fairly heavy wheeling, shouldn't have a problem with them rubbing. 265/75/R15 is the metric size.
