In response to the significant number of emails and request for information on how the club is going and how to become a member please see below:
If your interested in becoming a member of Indy Jeep Junkies Please visit our website www.indyjeepjunkies.com. Once you sign up you will receive an email with basic information about the club and how to become more involved with meets and events.
The club has meet/events every third Saturday of the month and we also schedule a number of side events through the month.
Indy Jeep Junkies is NOT a hardcore off road club! We cater to all Jeep types and driver experience levels from stock to rock. Our events range from BBQ's, cruises and planned trips to off road parks.
Our club is by far the most active then any other Jeep club in the central Indiana area. Our meet/events have an average member attendance of 20 Jeeps and our last event we had 25 jeeps and over 50 participants in attendance. Anyone is welcome to follow us on @indyjeepjunkies and you can view event videos at our YouTube channel Indy Jeep Junkies.
Please feel free to contact me, DB club founder/coordinator, at email@example.com with any questions or for additional information.

|Buster3479||Shot ya an e-mail. My wife and I are in West Lafayette and looking for an active club to wheel, mod, and hang out with. I keep saying I'm going to Attica on a Sat morning, then keep telling myself I'd rather go with other people!|

|Thomas S||I agree. Something close would be nice. I am in Fishers not far from River road.|

|Hip To Be Square||
I don't know if it is still accessible, but Beaver Quarry up off River Rd in Hamilton County had some pretty damn decent trails last time I was up there.
I'd love to know about any other spots in the area. It'd be nice to not have to drive for an hour to kick it in four wheel drive.
|10-07-2013 02:30 PM|
|Thomas S||How many trails are back there? It's a little harder for me to get away but I want to head out there sometime with another jeep or three.|

|Hip To Be Square||
If anyone just wants to do a little urban exploring and see if we can find more trail heads, just let me know. I'm done pretty much any time.

|Thomas S||Can we get an exact location of these white river trails. I know the entry point across from Omni source. Where are the others? We should clean up the trails if they are over grown. I sure would use them.|

For those Indy Jeep Junkies members who are not on Facebook yet here is an update on recent activity.
The Facebook group page has started to really take off......there is constant activity and members are really doing a great job of using the resource for all kinds of communications. We are now live with twitter at @indyjeepjunkies and we also have a YouTube channel "indyjeepjunkies".
We have had a few members getting together and hitting some of the local central indianapolis public access spots for some off highway experience before the badlands trip on the 21st.
If your interested in doing the same I am currently setting up two times (one on saturday and one on sunday) this coming weekend to go out again with folks......if your interested email me. If not we will see you at this months meet/activity!

Hello! I'm from INDY and interested in the Jeep Group, as well as possibly assisting with the organizations of the club. I'm actually a president of a car club in Indianapolis. We actually have a few jeeps in our club.
I personally have a 2007 Ford Mustang GT (Stage 1 Roush).
Also have a 2004 Ranger Edge.
But will be buying a new Jeep within the next month.
I actually could use a bit of advice from some people in the group.
Some of the options confuse me a bit. Wanted to talk with the group before making the big purchase. Any chance I could get invited into that FB group, or maybe better to post inside here?
