You can cancel the extended warranty yourself by sending the request
directly to Chrysler Group Service Contracts.
I've cancelled a few times with different jeeps, and always got the check, or it went to the lender, within a few weeks. The money amount was reduced based on how long I had the warranty before cancelling it.
Your warranty policy has the address to send to, written near the back pages. "Chrysler Group Service Contracts, Cancellation Department, P.O. Box 2700, Troy, MI 48007-2700". Send copies of the bill of sale, VIN, loan number and lender, if any. If the loan is paid off, send proof of that too. If there's a loan, and the extended warranty was financed through the loan, Chrysler sends the check to the lender. If you paid on your own, Chrysler sends you the check.

|legitposter||I bought one and wanted it canceled. I went to Jeep customer service first - because I know dealerships will waste my time trying to re-scam me - and Jeep customer service went to the dealer. The dealer called me and said come in to sign the cancelation. I did, and it was done.|

|the Kolector||I bought one and cancelled it, it was a mon-fri thing, it wasnt the manager I had to talk to, but someone that worked in the office, wasnt any hassle or trying to change my mind, I cancelled it and then had to wait for the check to be cut, that took a few weeks because it had to be approved my the dealership owner and was only done at certain times.|

Canceling extended warranty
I want to cancel my extended warranty so I went to the dealership yesterday to do it but was told that I would have to come back and do it anytime Monday - Friday. Does this sound right? I was under the impression that you can cancel anytime. I just don't want to get the runaround when I go in during the week.
