thevaporchef I got the tow package, it's a company car. It's my company though. I'm really looking forward to taking this thing out and working my way up to a place where I want to work on it, I miss wrenching. My accountant is going to kill me...

I can see the conversation now.

ACC: Why did you buy a winch and armor for the company jeep?
ME: Because it's a jeep :blank stare:
ACC: :sigh::Blank stare:
ME: I put logos on it.
ACC: they're covered in mud.
ME: It's not my fault, Jeep. We're done here no?

EDIT: I'm not a rich bastard, I started my company January 2013 and it took off, I pay my employees well, 2 have actually turned down raises to see the company grow, I pay 100% health ins. for all my employees. My accountant told me to spend a certain amount of money in the companies name before tax season and I got a wrangler. Never been happier.

thevaporchef I just picked up my '14 RX last week. It's actually my first jeep. I've always wanted one and this thing is sweet for an off the lot kind of deal. I need to break it in and see what it can do stock at rausch. I live near Philly. I've never seen a 10A up close but I can post pics of my jeep if anyone wants. I'm sure you've all seen plenty already...

AND for those of you whom are looking to install the rear passenger tow-hook on regular Rubicon's... Keep in mind you're going to have to DRILL through the chassis (up to 1/8") so have that forged bit ready.
So who can tell me what hitch fits on the Rubicon X?

Growing up, I thought MacGuyver's "Renegade" CJ7 was the coolest vehicle ever made.

sadly that is no longer the case, I thought the 14's can get a package that includes the 10A hood?

ET550 [QUOTE=MRT2;4094176]I wonder if the .5" height difference between the 10A and the X is just the larger tire size? [QUOTE]

10A tires are actually shorter and wider than the standard rubi tires on the X. So the ride height difference is actually due to different springs.

why not? just remove the spacer plate, and it should be good to go? I just installed a RR hitch for a standard 13 wrangler on my 10A

Finally got confirmation from my dealer and Jeep directly that the "X" will be available for order for limited time, basically until they run through the 10th Anniversary parts they have left. Got my order in!

rain3d Ok. I was going by the list posted by jkurz wild. I thought seat adjuster was a strange entry on the list.

You have connectivity listed under both, it's actually standard on both as is the remote USB port. Drive height adjuster is standard on all JKs, so that really doesn't belong on the list either.

MRT2 I wonder if the .5" height difference between the 10A and the X is just the larger tire size?

Looks like to keep current with the exterior looks of the '14 one would only need those front clear turn signals (albeit I do like the amber lenses).

On a different note, I have a '13 JKUR, and was able to get a hold of '13 10th Anniversary bumpers. If anybody tells you it's a direct bolt on replacement... Let me tell you it's NOT. (Not that it's difficult, but be prepared to drill new holes through the chassis, and switch out the "L" brackets that hold your rear bumper in place (amongst other small things).
