Does anyone have a clean Jetmouse download link?
I am currently removing malware from a failed jetmouse install...
If anyone has a clean version installed could you contact me via PM so I could get you my info and get a key from you?

|FregiVentum||I hear ya zxsix. I'm in the same boat. :-)|
|Yesterday 09:09 AM|
I am getting the same as RandomMcFly. Car came with v43.
Upgraded to v50 before I found out about updating maps.
Had tried installing the 2015 maps, which failed.
Downgraded to v33 and tried the 2014 maps. Getting same errors and 2013 maps remain.
I wish there was a v43 image that we could download.

|Bearkat||Have you checked to see what version of maps it says is installed?|

This is the screen I never get to:

Still struggling: putting the 2014.40 and correct JCV file on various FAT32 formatted thumb drives. Reads the files for a few minutes then says something about "New Maps found, would you like to install", after a few "yes" touches, it says "PND Did Not Update" followed by "Map Did Not Install" or something.
My folder structure is correct and the combined file size is the same as Bearkat's.
2013 RHB - previously ver 43, then upgraded to v50, then down to (and currently) v33.

|nubby105||I agree on the music info. My wife's old wrangler had a split screen ability to show music info and nav on separate halves.|

Bearkat, do you have the channel art on 43?

|Bearkat||Thanks for clarifying that blueman9. I am still running version 43.xx.xx, haven't found a need to upgrade to 50.xx.xx yet and since there is no file out there to revert back to 43.xx.xx I am hesitant to do so until I need to.|

|nubby105||@blueman9 I have a 2011 WK2, also updated to 50.x.x and have the same layout.|

Hey guys, for some clarification on the info pictures I looked at what my 2012 430N RHB has, and the layout is different than bearcats, but you can still get the same info. This is what I see.
So instead of pressing on the three dashes you just have to press the "Info" button.
BTW this is in 50.xx I have already re-upgraded after a successful installation. Mine worked out the same way as bearcats, with the failed message.

|Bearkat||I'm thinking that since the maps are different that it may require a new system update to get them working. Maybe we will see a 6x.xx.xx version coming soon. Just my guess though I could be wrong. It does happen from time to time.|

|nubby105||Still no one has gotten 2015.10 working?|
|07-02-2014 09:18 AM|
Here is a list of the correct Junction Views files for a specific map version.
2014.10 - D3060100A.JCV
2014.20 - D3060110A.JCV
2014.30 - D3060120A.JCV
2014.40 - D3060130A.JCV
2015.10 - D3060140A.JCV
If following this and it still hangs on reading files, I would try a different thumb drive.

2013 430N RHB.
Downgraded to version 33.
Insert thumb drive with 2004.10 files on it and it just says please wait, reading files for over an hour. Never gets beyond that.

|Bearkat||My radio is a 2013 430N RHB running the 43.xx.xx version if the system software.|

What Radio is that?
My 430N RHB doesn't show the arrows on the Left side like yours. Mine are on the bottom. I will look later to confirm if I have the 3 lines (menu)

|Bearkat||Also, I used the full North America maps and full screen junction views. The total size on the thumb drive was 2.87 GB (3,092,474 bytes) and as I mentioned only took ~45 min using a 2-3 year old SanDisk 16 GB thumb drive formatted to FAT32.|

Press the MENU button on the right side to get to this screen and click on NAV SETUP.
Then press MAP
Then click on the menu bars in the upper left corner of the screen
Then click on INFO
The files were like this organized on the thumb drive like this.
|06-30-2014 09:51 AM|
Also, did you just place the two files by themselves on the USB drive? Or were they in the respective GARMIN and JCV folders?
|06-30-2014 09:49 AM|
How did you get to that last screen? (map version)

I was able to successfully upgrade my maps to the 2014.40 version this weekend. My 2013 RHB unit is still running the 43.xx.xx and I didn't downgrade or upgrade the unit for this update. I put the maps (full North America NT 2014.40) & junction views (D3060130A.JCV) files on a FAT32 formatted thumbdrive. I turned the key to the accessory position and inserted the thumb drive into the front USB port. Took about 3 min to read the files off the drive and find a map update. I clicked yes to install the update and overwrite the old maps and it told me it could take 2+ hours to complete. It actually only took about 45 min to complete. It said that the PND update completed and I clicked OK. Then it told me that the map update was not installed correctly and I clicked OK. I then verified that the new maps did in fact install correctly and they did. All is good!!! Now if someone can get the new 2015.10 maps to install. I'm thinking that it will take another new system update for this to work but we will see.
Seems you can ignore this message
New map install verified

|cent628||Just to let you know I installed 2015.10 in my 2012 Nissan Frontier Pro X with a kenwood dnx radio yesterday, it worked fine, but would not install in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. On kenwood you just place the files on a sd card and change them out, no firmware changes or anything.|
