wasomma why not just try pulling it back into shape? if you have dents or significant bends try lightly tapping the part that is out of place while pulling on the bottom of the fender. I bet you could reshape it to almost stock.

Check on Craigslist as well for people parting out Jeeps. A place in my area (CA) parts them out and sells fenders for around $60

YJ fanatic Time to throw on some tube fenders. Might be cheaper than replacement stock fenders if you're going to replace them.

they have been called junk yards all my life..if you are in a conversation with someone,do you say, hey, let's go down to the used parts, auto wreckers and look for the part?? hell no,you say, hey, let's go to the junk yard...by the way,I love them

jokerchief462 That exact part is attached to the fender and does not come separate. It is easier to replace the whole fender than to bang it out and finish it. It is unfortunate.

As an owner of a wrecking yard, I don' consider my parts "junk" thus the reason I thanked him for not calling it one.

Fender Part

Does anyone know if they sell the front part of the fender for a YJ by it's self? I have attached a picture with arrow showing the part. The jeep I just got has them but they are all dented up. Thanks for all the help.
