Today I ordered adjustable control arms and adjustable track bar. I will install them when they show up and have alignment done. I have not checked torque yet as I got it home and it has sat in front yard.

The shop did the break in on the gears. Told me to drive it 500 mile then change fluid

were you stopping to break in the gears and let them cool? Hopefully the shop explained the break in period to you knowing you had such a far drive back.
Also y our abs kicking in is most likely just the drag link needing adjusted as others said. This has happened to me a couple times now after wheeling.
ALso was the wheel crooked when you picked it up? i can't imagine a shop noticing that and letting it go out the door like that.
When I was thinking of getting a truss I was advised to let someone with experience install it so that it didn't bow the axle. I'd lay a level across it and make sure everything is still straight.
Have you checked to make sure everything was torqued down?

Well they said they drove it several times. All was good.

|Kevlars||does not stop the distracted worker ... it happens ... if they are that recommended they will take care of you. You may want to ask them if they took it for a test drive to make sure all was well.... certainly if you had issues .. it was not.|

Pulled the Dip stick all seems fine. Oil level is about where it should be. Had a decent amount of metal shavings on the stick though gears and locker have 250 miles maybe on them.
I am concerned with oil coming out water will go in. but the shop that did the work has been around for a long time 20ish years I am told, and come highly recommended from 3 different forums by many people. Guess I am not mad because I am sure they will take care of me. Just wondering how my Jeep is going to get back to shop cause I am not driving it.

No but had it towed home... just sper over 6K I am sure they will take care of me but I have, both coil sprindle severely bowed inward, bolt for track are is hitting truss has tire up bolt and face of truss, oil leaving for a le seal, sway bar where it connects to disconnect is hitting coil spring.
Shop is 3 hours right at 200 miles away.

|Tweak||grab a 15mm wrench and spin that turnbuckle. the steering "locking up" was your ABS and ESP thinking you were in the movie Tokyo Drift when you were actually trying to go in a straight line. the computer sees that your steering wheel is turned but your back wheels are moving at the same speed. normally this would only occur in a slide, so your computer compensates for a problem that isnt there!|

Take it back and make sure that they did the alignment correctly.. you should have about 1/8 inch tow in that usually stabilizes the steering. I would have them do a full 4wd alignment. If it is aligned then you should have them go over your front end to make sure everything is tight.

Steering wheel off center won't cause wandering.
What else was done ?
You can recenter the wheel loosening the 2 turn buckle bolts on the drag link and rotating the sleeve. The procal only assist you.
