You can do:
-full doors metal doors
-soft (fabric) lower half doors,
-aftermarket hard half doors (different look than metal lower doors, so you might like it more)
-Aftermarket "trail" doors. This would be tube doors and things like that. Most don't include options for upper doors/windows, but some do. Tons of options here, including Bestop's Element Doors.
If you avoid metal half doors, but still want a fully enclosed cab, I think you might need to go with something like this:

I spoke too soon. I found some glass sliding window kits that would solve the problem.

Help with tj doors and soft top
If I buy an early TJ with a softtop what are my choices concerning the driver and passenger windows?
Now I'm not meaning to insult anyone because its a personal preference, but I don't like the metal half door with the plastic window above that the soft top versions come with.
Are there any aftermarket fixes for this besides buying two new doors with glass windows that retract?
