Orionjk Yikes. If retaping the threads doesn't work then you can heli coil the holes. Roof rack will be helpful for longer camping trips.

Yup. Wish I could have had it on before that trip to TORR, but Gobi had to make special brackets for me. Luckily they worked with a little extra modification, but couldn't finish installing today. Have to pull the windshield bolts out to install the light bar and stripped the bolts. F***! Luckily I don't reuse the bolts but tomorrow I'm starting the day off with some tapping

Orionjk Found this place. Might make a good spot for a trip sometime. In order to get im, one has to buy a sticker from the tpwd. Looks great.

4bt_yj Not at all oh well though it'll give me the money to get the jeep fixed though. I got a new fuse and relay block coming. Along with dual battery tray and switches. I will be ripping all the engine wiring out and installing the new fuse block and wiring separate switches for the fan and ignition and fuel solenoid as well. Should all work out Nicely

Yeah I won't get to see much I'll be working in shipyard. Not looking too forward to it. We were told the shipyard is around 0 Celsius with -20 Celsius windchill. Too cold for me haha

I would be down. Just not sure when I'm next available. I currently have a very tight schedule. I probably won't be available until sometime after February

I'll be down for both if I'm up and running. That winch will just make you a little more braver with the trails.

Ha well I've been there and done that one too. Makes it worse when you run out on the side of the road.

Just finished vacuuming. Tried so hard to get every bit of mud out and basically have. I have a few spots to touch up on in the bumpers. I have noisy, whiny brakes because of the mud I couldn't get out...embarrassing
